The Pitmaster Plaid Brisket Board

The Pitmaster Plaid Brisket Board is a handcrafted hardwood cutting board designed for serious carving, serving, and backyard barbecue. With its bold plaid-style pattern, contrasting hardwoods, deep juice groove, and built-in finger holds, this board is made to handle big meals and look damn good doing it.

This board is ideal for brisket, prime rib, turkey, ribs, steaks, charcuterie, and anything else that deserves more respect than a plastic cutting mat from aisle seven.

A 15-pound brisket is shown for scale — because “large cutting board” does not always tell the whole story.

Each board is sanded smooth and finished with food-safe mineral oil and butcher block conditioner to bring out the natural color and grain of the wood.
