At All In Fine Wood, every piece is handcrafted, unique, and built to last. We stand by our craftsmanship and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Cutting Boards

Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all packaging intact.

Accessories (Hats, Towels, Care Kits)

Eligible for return within 14 days if unopened and unused.

Custom Orders

Because each custom piece is made specifically for you, custom orders are final sale and non-refundable once production has begun.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@allinfinewood.com with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll repair, replace, or refund it as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
