Processing Times

• Standard orders ship within 1–2 business days.

• Custom or commissioned pieces may require additional time; you’ll be notified at checkout or contacted directly by our team.

Shipping Methods

• Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): $9.95 on U.S. orders under $150

• Complimentary Shipping: Free on all U.S. orders of $150 or more

• Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional charge

Tracking

Once your order leaves our shop, you’ll receive a tracking number. From our hands to your kitchen, you’ll always know where your board is.
